2021 is Off to a Great Start

Updated: Feb 6, 2021

We are so happy to announce our success with making an oat creamer that mixes as well with coffee as animal milk - no calf required! I only completed Science 10, 20, and 30 in high school, with no previous experience in food science. A lot of the time, it felt like hitting my head against the wall. Fortunately, with Tasha's support, we have successfully completed development on two different products and five different flavours:

Like Steve Jobs said, “If you keep your eye on the profit, you’re going to skimp on the product. But if you focus on making really great products, then the profits will follow.” We believe this applies to oat milk as well, which is why we will always work to make our products healthier and tastier. Our current health oriented focus is on reducing oil. By reducing oil, the milk is lighter and mixes more readily with the coffee. This is great for health and product performance. Sometimes doing the right thing leads to a more favourable result in other ways too. Just like drinking oat milk.
